Outstanding result that far exceeded my expectations
This was a very difficult site that demanded the agent be conversant with all issues and how they may be best solved. Joanna did that perfectly and to my delight the reserve price was well and truely exceeded.

Can highly recommend her to any prospective seller.
Joanna was very helpful in placing our house on the market. She explained all details of advertising. As this was the first time putting our house on the market in over 30 years her advice and knowledge helped us immensely. Nothing was to difficult for her, she handled the sale in a very proficient manner and we couldn't have been more impressed. Not to mention how quick the house sold (less than 3 weeks).
