We rented from the Professionals for 18 months before buying a home through the same agency. My husband and I have moved a lot as a professional couple and had very unreasonable and or uprofessional and uncontactable agencies and agents. Dealing with the Brendan from the Professionals has been a breeze and so was everyone else we came into contact with from the agency. Brendan was so courteous, easy to get hold of, would always call us back promptly if he was out when we called and nothing was too much trouble. When we needed a couple of little things fixed they were actioned quickly and there was no drama. After renting and moving for so long it was a huge relief to deal with Brendan and the Professionals. When buying our first home, there was no drama, no last minute issues, all communication and preparation was up front, we received great advice based on years of experience, they made the process seamless. They went the extra mile by ducking down to the house to put a Sold sticker up for us when I told them I was taking my parents around to have a look. It was really special and meant a lot to us. I cannot recommend Brendan and the team enough. I have and will continue to recommend Brendan and the agency to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell. Simply Amazing!!!

He communicated very well throughout the selling period through open inspections, after hours face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails. His advice as to what to do and, more importantly, what not to do in purchasing the property we bought saved us a lot of time, effort, and money. He did what he said he would and showed a willingness to do that little bit extra such as contacting the Body Corporate and Property Managers to get repairs completed prior to settlement, and providing timely documentation to our conveyancer.
