Mike was the go to guy on the land we were purchasing. Although our interaction with Mike was brief as we were buying vacant land at the advertised price he came across as easy going and easy to connect with throughout the transaction. We have owned the land now for 2+ months and Mike personally rang to confirm and congratulate us when the transaction was completed. Although the for sale sign is still embedded at the front of the property and Mike's promise of a bottle of their office 'red' has gone to the way side we would still be happy if Mike were to assist us in future transactions.
