The communication procedure is terrible. It takes days to get any response and things get dragged out as their reception just dumps you through to an automated answer phone for your property manager. We have wasted days waiting for trades people with zero communication. Poor.

We were approved on the Tuesday and moved in on the Saturday! Less than a week & all documents/paperwork was done online, even the key handover was done remotely. Our Property Manager answered all our questions before we even asked them and the entry report was so detailed, the pictures were all taken the day prior to us moving in so everything was really accurate and easy to deal with. 10/10!
