I initially shared my experience with the agent privately, as I believe in giving people the opportunity to understand both successes and shortcomings. However, they read my message on WhatsApp but chose not to respond, which led me to feel it was necessary to share my review publicly. Our experience selling our house with this real estate agency was very disappointing. From the beginning, it was clear that the agent lacked a strong understanding of the market.the house was initially advertised at a higher price and after two weeks, the price was dropped—a pattern we noticed with some of their listings, not just ours. Rather than using skill or strategy to achieve the best possible outcome, they simply relied on market conditions, putting in little to no effort to maximize our sale. Communication was a constant struggle. We had to repeatedly chase them for updates, and messages were often ignored or left on "seen." Attention to detail was lacking—the listing initially failed to mention the fourth bedroom, and only after we pointed it out was it corrected. The property description was poorly written, and we had to step in to help improve it ourselves. One of the most frustrating aspects was how offers were handled. We were told there were three offers, yet none were presented to us in a timely manner. A week later, one buyer withdrew, and another stopped responding. In the end, we received only one written offer, yet the agency falsely advertised on their Facebook page that multiple written offers had been made. As sellers, we never felt like we were being properly represented. The agent even struggled to distinguish between fixtures and chattels, incorrectly telling us to leave items behind, which we had to clarify ourselves through consumer protection. Overall, this agency demonstrated a lack of expertise, professionalism, and commitment and will never recommend working with them.
