We bought our Investment property in Ballajura from Matt some 19 years ago and found him to be honest, professional and vey knowledgeable about the area. I can’t speak highly enough of Matt and Luke of Granger Clark Real Estate. I have bought a few homes over the years and sometimes within the negotiation parties succumb to the stress and tension, resulting in a lack of communication or sometimes civility. Not in this case, I would highly recommend Matt and Luke as agents as I found their level of communication was a major factor in getting the deal done, also something that I find separates them from many other agents I have met over the years.
