We did three significant prices drops ($20k each) to attract more buyers to our property; therefore indicating that the original recommended price that we started with was too high for the current real estate market. Additionally, I would have liked a little more proactive analysis on properties in the surrounding areas to help inform the most appropriate price we should be offering.
