All round, just a genuinely pleasant experience - No typical salesperson BS, no trying to fill you with the fear of God. She sticks to the facts and is refreshingly honest. Even post-settlement, we had a minor issue with the A/C in the new house that was covered under the seller’s warranty - It took literal minutes to get a resolution. Minutes!! In past experiences, once you sign on the dotted line the money’s as good as theirs and suddenly the realtor no longer has time to return your calls or messages. Not the case here.
