Months before placing our home on the market it was recommended that we approach three local agents and ask each to provide us a cost appraisal of our home. This we did and found that each agent suggested a similar figure for our property. As we weren't ready to proceed to sale at that time we left everything on hold until we were in a position to do so, however in the twelve months or so between receiving the three appraisals and going to sale, Matt, and Matt only, kept in contact with us, and in fact sent us regular updates of market activity in our area. Needless to say when the time came for us to proceed to sale, the agent we chose was Matt Condit and at every stage we found him to be friendly, obliging and considerate.
