The most professional service from Bassam at The Professionals Greenacre!
Bassam has been ‘a rock’ through these very uncertain and challenging times of Covid-19! We previously knew of Bassam’s market knowledge, integrity and professionalism as we bought this same house from him almost four years ago, and he made it a very smooth purchase experience. However when it came time to sell this house the world was a different place and Covid-19 was a reality, although not impacting Australia fully yet. Bassam’s very wise prediction of the possible consequences of Covid-19 to the realestate market allowed us to accept a sale price that was not at the very top of our selling range, but still above our expectations, before the dramas and restrictions hit and realestate prices plummeted.

Fantastic Agent
Bassam is by far the most honest, genuine & hardworking real estate agent that I have ever come by. Placing Professional into 'Professionals Greenacre'!
When people talk about the real estate market automatically everyone becomes a professional at the game, however there are only a handful of realistic and honest individuals who know the market and more importantly know how to deliver, hence the saying "leave it to the professionals!" Upon meeting Saf my insight into the real estate market was broaden and a different, yet positive perspective was onboarded. Most individuals that I have met can be calculated, although in conclusion to my dealings with Saf it is immediately evident that Saf is an individual who strives to deliver on multiple occasions and most importantly consistently in comparison to other real estate agents who base their outcomes on pure luck. Saf's systematic approach and sharp eye of detail to the customer and buyers need and wants really sets him apart to the rest. Testimony to his work Saf not only turned around my property in the constrained time line of two (2) weeks, he also achieved an area record. I personally encourage potential sellers and buyers to seek Saf's advice and consultation even if its just for a meet and greet. It doesn't hurt to get professional advice from a 'Professional', especially when its for free.
