Mike and his wife Joan recently sold an investment property for me. They were very kind, thoughtful and worked with me to come up with the best solution to selling. We originally brought our home through Harrington Professionals. They are open to suggestions, listen to your needs and have a great understanding of the local market. They don't make you feel pressured like other agents I have dealt with over the years having brought and sold many properties. They don't push expensive advertising, brochures etc to have their face/name out there, they know the real estate market and what works in our area and the current climate they are working in. I highly recommend to have them do an appraisal of your property if you are thinking of selling and give you insights into the different ways they can make it happen. If buying let them know what you are looking for as they think outside the box, in finding the right property for you
