Bruce came and saw us when the builder was handing over the house. He was kind enough to help us inspect the property and report defects. The house was then leased within 2 weeks to a very good tenant for almost 1.5 years and after the tenant left , they secured a new tenant within 3 days. The communication, friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness is great. I need to mention that Nathania who is the Property Manager looking at our hosue is a legend ! she is always there to help when required. I have introdced them to a few friends and they were all very happy too. I would always use their service if I have any real estate services requirement.
