I couldn’t recommend Natt highly enough. She has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process and has made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. From the very beginning, Natt has been incredibly helpful, responsive, professional and genuinely caring. She has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions, keep me updated and make sure everything was taken care of, even with the little things. Even after moving in, she has continued to be amazing with organising and following up on the few minor defects and making sure everything is being addressed. It’s honestly refreshing to have an agent who is so proactive and genuinely invested in making sure her tenants are happy. I’ve really loved my experience so far, and a huge part of that is because of Natt. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves all the recognition for the way she looks after her tenants.
