Justin was great from start to finish with the sale of my investment property. He and the property manager who also worked at KBRE, very professionally handled the tenant that was proving to be challenging with regards to initially listing the investment property for sale and open homes. I am aware Justin was on the phone to the tenant one evening at 8pm to manage her concerns. I do not believe if I went with another agent, this would have gone so smoothly. Justin kept me regularly up to date after open homes, from inquiries during the week and the honest feedback from potential buyers.
