No dramas with sale

Poor service waited 5 days after conveyancing for final payment
Poor service waited 5 days after conveyancing for final payment from initial deposit. And I had to email , phone and follow up to get them to pay.

Ease of purchase
I found Nadine to be very easy to deal with. I contacted Nadine regarding another property which had just gone under contract, so we discussed my wants. Immediately I received an email, listing similar properties, one of which was the property I ended up buying. Negotiations were easy and quick. I was happy with my straight forward purchase

Proactive Agent With A Great Attitude
6 months with another agent and no interest. I searched which agent had the best Record, it was Nadine. 2 months later the land was sold, for what I wanted. She is proactive, a great communicator, and tenacious.

Nadine seemed very good at her job as she helped her seller get their asking price - they wouldn't budge and must have banked on me wanting it badly enough. Not so good for me the buyer haha. :) But I got my block and she was easy and efficient to deal with.
