If there were 10 stars I would choose 10! Marnie took time out of her day off on Sunday just to show me the property. Marnie explained everything in detail, showed me around the house & educated me about the suburb, as this was the first time I was purchasing in Currans Hill. She took her time with every question I had, was never pushy to just make a deal that day and gave me space & time to think over my decision. Very professional, friendly and went above and beyond with her services. After my settlement Marnie called to see how everything was going and if she could further help with anything. Unfortunately very bad, as I did not get good advice on the real value of the property and the current market.The appraisal was very low, and I was convinced by Marnie that $800K was a good price.Its too late when I realized that the property was very cheap on the current Market.The market where it was compared was from the market last year.I should have pay more to other agent that resulted into a better sale.
