After meeting a couple of Gold Coast agents, it was a very easy decision to go with Denise. Denise very quickly prepared a comparative sales analysis and a marketing plan. We were well informed as to the process and the property sold at the first open for inspection on a very wet and windy day so we didn't need to go to auction.
