Harvey was one of 5 real estate agents we contacted to sell our property. By far he was the most realistic in regards to expectations and he freely proposed a couple of plans on how to market the property. His quiet demeanour immediately resonated with us. We chose the renovate before selling option and despite the fact that we only had a gentleman's agreement to sell the property with him he continued with his advice and help throughout the following 6 months. When the property was finally ready we saw him in action. Paperwork, property description, photography, bill board, video were all ready for our approval in days. Changes we requested were immediately made, the property was on the market in under a week. He believed the property was excellent and because of it he brought on Steven to help with the marketing and open days to do it justice. After 8 scheduled and 2 private viewing we had the auction. On auction day he brought half his office team out to help the bidders, Harvey liaised with a couple of bidders personally and did some impressive running around to keep everyone informed.
In the end we achieved an excellent result in a softening market. I can't recommend Harvey more.
