All I can say is thanks to the Awesome Team at Professionals Northern Coast being a fifo worker on a 2/1 roster had me stressing about the impending return of our current land lords from NZ , trying to get to viewings ,applying and sorting out Tennancy agreements had me quietly panicking and stressing and then I attended a viewing on my fly in day and 7 Days later I had all my stresses taken away the whole process was so easy with excellent support and communication from the Team we managed to sort everything out while I’ve been at work and I’m looking forward to flying out this week and moving into our beautiful new home all without even stepping into their office has been the easiest and most stressless tennancy experience I’ve ever had . Overall, my experience so far has been mixed. On a positive note, I received all the necessary information at the beginning of the lease, including booklets, keys, and the property condition report. I also really appreciate being allowed to rent the property with my cats, that was a big plus for me. However, I’ve also had some concerns. While Michelle, the property manager, communicates politely via email, her tone can sometimes feel blunt or dismissive of valid concerns. A few maintenance issues could have been addressed earlier, but I’ve had to take care of them myself. Additionally, there has been no follow-up on other matters I’ve raised, which feels a bit unsettling, especially as I’ve only just started my lease. I’m hopeful that communication and responsiveness will improve moving forward, but this has been my experience so far.

We've experienced nothing but professionalism and excellent communication at all times with Alice Gray for managing our property and has honestly been the best agent we've had in out last 22 years in property investment and with regular updates, we never found ourselves wondering the status of any query that has been asked of her. Handling a sticky situation with an exiting tenant was also dealt with well.
