James turned out to be everything I wanted from a real estate agent. Walked me through the legal minefield with confidence and assuring. Was constantly communicating with the eventual buyer and ourselves securing the sale. James is professional, but a no nonsense operator who delivered on all we requested. From the first time I met James after deciding to sell the property he explained the selling process and promptly organised photos being taken and putting the property on the market.
