About Bohdan

Bohdan may only be new to Real Estate, but he is not new to sales or to the Shoalhaven. Born and raised in Nowra, Bohdan attended Nowra Christian School and Bomaderry High School. Bohdan became one of the youngest elected councillors to Shoalhaven City Council at the age of 22 where he served one term. Bohdan has also held the position of Chairman on the Nowra Bendigo Bank board. Through this time Bohdan has gained a love and appreciation for the Nowra/Bomaderry area and you will see this with his enthusiasm and passion for people to find themselves a home here in the area. Bohdan has over 12 years experience in sales and management and knows the importance of creating and cultivating good relationships with both buyers and sellers.

Our kind of realtor

When we first met Bohdan my partner and I knew he was different. His manner was genuine and thoughtful. He was not pushy or over enthused which made us feel he had a good perspective and knew what he was doing. He was friendly and available and followed up with information we needed. Unfortunately, we had trouble with our finance broker and through no fault of our own became "the difficult clients". Thank god we had Bohdan. He reassured us everything would be okay. He negotiated with our vendor and supported us all through to exchange and settlement. He was truly interested in helping us. I honestly think I would have given up without his calm guidance and professionalism. Thanks again.

Awesome service

Bohdan was super quick to get back to me re my property. Then he did everything he said he would and more. He sold my property in 2 & 1/2 weeks of listing it and got the price I wanted for it. He maintained great communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely ask him to sell my next property when the time comes.
