We acquired Ben to sell our house from friends feedback and they were not wrong. He was great to deal with. He spent the time with us on how we should advertise and sell the house. Seamless organising from him and office staff of all the different people involved to get the house ready for sale. He kept us up to date with how the open for inspections were tracking and in the end getting us a price we were happy with. While doing all that we told him what kind of house we were looking for next and found our dream home that ticked all the boxes and made that a smooth and worry free process even in the current situation. Liam was able to show us current outcomes & put our minds at ease regarding selling during a pandemic. Within a few hours of the agents coming for the walk through we had our first inspection & within 8 days we had 5 offers presented to us.
