I could give 7 or more stars to Rose. I found her when two attempts of selling the property went bad. I do not want to name those agents but they were anything but professional. Rose was clear in her communications and she told me what needed to be done before the same. Her timely communication and efforts were visible and clear, as she had many potential buyers for Opens. She was honest in her opinion and that also engaged the buyers well. I am so glad we found her. It was a seamless process and easy for us because we did not live close to the area. I can not thank Rose enough.

My husband I initially bought our first house through Ben in 2018, at the time we had no idea what we were doing or the processed involved with purchasing a house. Ben really took the time to answer all of our questions and he really went above and beyond to make a daunting experience seamless. Six years later we decided to put the same house back on the market and due to our great experience with Ben he was the agent we wanted to assist us. This time we had a tight timeframe, and our objective was to sell quickly but without compromising on the sale price. Ben meet with us promptly and helped us come up with a strategy to do the above, Ben was reasonable and his market knowledge really helped us with deciding what would help the property sell and what would potentially be a waste of time and money on our end. The overall result with Ben was nothing short of amazing, the first open had 31 parties through the property, the second open had 14 parties through the property. 10 days after the house went on the market we had five official offers and we achieved our goal of selling quickly with a final purchase price higher than what we expected. I wouldn’t hesitate again to ask Ben to assist us in the future, he has a great knowledge of the area and has been a pleasure to deal with both from a buying and selling point of view.
