Bradley strove to obtain the best price for my father's house. He listened and advised and was an open, easy and honest communicator. He always contacted us just after an open house with a report of how many people had been through and relayed any interest shown in the property. I was impressed that he followed up on any inquiries and expressions of interest and in fact sent a video of the interior of the house to a possible purchaser in Sydney. After living in a high set home on a hill for 51 years we decided to move to a low set home in a relatively flat area. With no experience in selling property we contacted the local real estate agent Bradley Butten of Professionals. From the outset Bradley briefed us on the suggested approach to the sale of the family home. He was business-like but down to earch. We appointed Bradley as the sole agent for the sale. Throughout the sale process Bradley managed all aspects and at the same time kept us fully informed at every step. After a small number of open house sessions Bradley briefed us on the various offers received and the associated conditions. Settlement will take place shortly. Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole process and the assistance provided by Bradley and his associates at Professional Priority.
