Bradley helped organise quotes and trades for a decent sized renovation of the property while we were interstate. He sent regular updates of work being completed and was fantastic at recommending what was worth spending money on and what was not. Bradley’s years of local knowledge combined with his relaxed and calm approach made our selling experience a great one. He even watered our freshly laid turf during the hotter days in summer! Bradley strove to obtain the best price for my father's house. He listened and advised and was an open, easy and honest communicator. He always contacted us just after an open house with a report of how many people had been through and relayed any interest shown in the property.
