We enlisted Brad to sell our family home. Brad had helped a family member with a difficult and emotional Estate sale a few years earlier and so Brad was the first Agent we called when we decided to sell. Brad recommended some cosmetic touch ups to the house as we had a generous lead time to putting it on the market.
