Bradley went above and beyond what I expected in a Real Estate Agent. He kept me updated regularly about what days he was conducting inspections and how many groups had viewed the house He then gave clear information about offers received and negotiations in price etc. He also assisted with contacts for bond cleaning and yard mowing and once an offer was made he assisted with negotiation of price after building and pest inspections were completed.
