Any one can sell a house, all you have to do is find a house you like and buy it, simple - Sold. The MOST important thing you need is a real estate agent who is honest and you can trust, guides you through the steps, who explain the process so you understand, helps you when issues occur, doesn't take advantage or lie, someone will integrity. My husband and I were searching for a property, we meet alot of lying pushy real estate agents and very rare good honest ones. We put an offer on a property Robert Symonds from One Agency had on the market, he just kept stalling us for nearly 4 weeks, making excuses saying the vendor has to have a meeting with his accountant, then the following week Robert would say the vendor has a meeting with the bank, always some excuses, instead of just saying the truth, that there is another buyer who made an offer, we could of made any counter offer as we were financially able to. Instead of all the games Robert played which was so childish and unprofessional. We are so relieved that we didnt end up buying the property especially after seeing the way Robert lied to us, no wonder real estate agents get a bad name. If you want a honest real estate agent then I highly recommend Virginie, not only did she be honest and hard working with us the seller, but watching her be honest also for the buyer was fantastic, she ended up having both SELLER and BUYER extremely happy with the price and handover, no dramas no lies the way it should be. We had real estate agents who appraised our property $100,000 less than the market value and some who over priced our property just to get the contract, knowing they wouldn't be able to sell it. If your thinking of selling your home and want the honest market value of your property, someone that you trust than contact Virginie now, I cant recommend Virginie highly enough. Selling your home is a major decision don't just let anyone sell it.
