From viewing to key handover, the process was very smooth. Communication was prompt and everything was explained clearly - no guesswork! The service displayed by Rob & The Professionals team has been a welcome change after months of applying for rentals in such a competitive market. Other agents presented quite dismissive, were often non communicative, no pride taken in presenting a rental, and provided little to no feedback on request - and why would they when they know the property is going to be tenanted regardless, right? Well, this has not been my experience with the team at The Professionals. They have ensured I felt like a valued client, not just another tenant which in turn affords the same care and service to the homeowner also. Highly recommend
