This is the agent that you need if you want to achieve the best outcome. She is calm, understanding and patient but under that exterior, she is well oiled and seasoned professional who knows how to sell. She has put together a team of ppl together to help you achieve the best results. You must listen to her and her advice. I decided to let Linda run the entire process, as I am normally a control freak and I had my house sold in 3 days after the first home open and unconditional within another 3 days after that. I am not saying that situation will occur with every sale but yr best chance to get the best outcome, you must use Linda.
