Enthusiastic and Dedicated Agent

Very good experience using Linda to sell our house.
We had 3 agents come and give us an appraisal of our house with Linda being the 3rd. She had already researched the property and immediately from the photos could see how we had improved it. She was very positive and very enthusiastic about marketing it for us so the decision to go with Linda was easy. She was great and after the 2nd open home we received an offer which exceeded our expectation in this market and it is now sold. We highly recommend Linda as she knows her job well and she has such a lovely positive personality.

Great insight to the market
Tracey was very flexible with our viewing times and nothing was too much trouble. As our agent, she had our interests at heart and provided great insight as to the buyers and what was the best price when all things considered. Feedback was received promptly after our home opens. Hard working, friendly and knowledgeable
Linda was recommended to us through some friends whose home she had sold previously. As soon as we met with her we knew she was a great choice for us. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had a great understanding of the local area and the market.
