Simone was referred to me by a friend, I personally think word of mouth, are the best referrals. I was in an extremely difficult & stressful position, selling a property as a Power of Attorney, that had been my family home for nearly 40 years. Simone empathetically listened to my concerns, explained, took ownership stating that was ‘her job’ & simplified the process, completely eliminating my stress with her many years of knowledge & experience. What I loved mostly about dealing with Simone is, she is real. Simone puts your personal, in my case also sentimental interests, above her own. An extremely rare trait to have in business. Simone went above & beyond, to what I could have possibly imagined to be outstanding service provided by a real estate agent. We achieved above asking at first home open. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Simone’s, the buyers finance fell through. The contract was terminated within hours, the house on the market again late at night & Simone presented me with a better offer the next morning. It was obviously meant to be.. It might have been ‘her job’, but to me & my family, it meant the world. Selling properties is an extremely emotional process at the best of times. During my most difficult times, it was extremely comforting to have Simone by my side doing all the hard work. I have bought & sold many properties in my lifetime & I’ve been fortunate to have great real estate agents in the past. But never, have I had the pleasure of meeting & dealing with a person that has Simone’s qualities, in any professional field. I am & will be forever grateful.
