On the way to the house inspection hosted by Vincent and got involved in a car accident with him while he was trying to park the car reversing on side lane. The discussion with him left me an impression that this guy is not truthful or genuine so did not go ahead with that house inspection. It does not hurt to be truthful.

I don't unusually write reviews, but feel I have too on this occasion, I have bought many houses over the years and my experience with Vincent was amazing, trying to purchase a home in this current market on a tight budget is difficult, however this is the 1st time I won a home at auction, without a thorough inspection either and just winging it, as I was going to many open inspections, puutintg in offers and auctions and getting nowhere, as I was in need of purchasing a home urgently and was quite frustrated. But anyway, I suppose my luck changed when Vincent told me when I picked no. 16 paddle and he said it is a lucky number in Chinese culture, I didn't take this too seriously, as I could not find my lucky number. Anyway cut a long long story short . I won the auction and got the house under reserve, I'm fairly sure this is unheard of in this market. So I must say, I now have a new lucky number, thanks to Vincent and it was surely my lucky day 10/07/2021. Vincent was most helpful through the entire process and gave me access prior to settlement and even bought me a great bottle of Vodka, I must not leave out Caleb and the young lady taking the auction bids, all very nice and helpful.
