About Melissa

Melissa Ferrier is the Principal/Owner of Professionals Real Estate Hamilton, she has a strong work ethic and believes in providing a professional and personalised service to all clients. Having worked locally in the real estate industry for the past 16 years Melissa has plenty of experience in servicing vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Educated locally and after completing her education Melissa worked in insurance, banking and finance administration before finding her passion in the real estate industry. The opportunity arose in late 2018 for Melissa to purchase a real estate rental portfolio and in February 2019 the well known Professionals brand was launched by Melissa in Hamilton. Melissa has excellent knowledge of the local area and a positive outlook on the future direction of Hamilton and its surrounds.

Melissa was very pleasant and sold our unit in a day and was in contact with us through out the sale

I have known Melissa for a long time and this is why I chose her to sell our unit the only thing was the people moved in earlier and I didn’t get a chance to clean the carpets and finish the windows.
