Having experience with some other real estate agents in Mackay - they just want to drive the price down to get a sale. If you don't follow them your property just sits and degenerates. Meeting Gavin was a life changing experience!!! Gavin provided excellent information on the property presentation, acepted our asking price and kept me up to date with regular communication. Gavin had found a buyer and had an acceptable contract in place with in 3 months - a fair deal for the buyers and sellers. My advice to sellers and buyers - don't go anywhere else!!
