I signed up with David Parlor as he seemed on first meeting to have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the local Real Estate. I wasn't disappointed. David advised me sensibly and professionally but also didn't push me to sell quick and low but instead let me stick to my goal selling price. I got that on the 1st offer, but just had to wait for the buyer to sell their home. It was a nervous wait, but David kept me informed and still put 110% effort into trying to get another purchaser who was ready to buy.
