Bernie is one of a kind. He is extremely hard working and will do whatever he can to help get your house sold. In our case, being a tenanted rental, it was extremely comforting knowing he was the one dealing with both the tenant and the agent. Bernie- This guy has been our Rock since we started the sale of our house. Bernie has been so understanding after us having lost a love one and then having to sale the house. Through the whole process Bernie has been so professional but to a deeper level that really stands out, you have helped us through understanding the general knowledge of buying and selling, as we are complete newbies and had completely no idea the lingo that goes on, and not even having a clue what the word 'unconditional' meant in real estate world. I found Bernie to be very knowledgeable on Real Estate matters as Well He goes the extra mile to help sell my property. He really knows how to get along with people and to treat people with respect and I found him to be very honest. He got me more money than I thought I was going to get for my property and I think that’s just because he’s such a nice guy and very professional. Shaun assisted me as an interstate buyer by having a deep understanding of the local market great communication skills, he is a professional. He assisted me as a buyer by taking my offer to the seller and that I was having to sell a house. Additionally he has worked hard to rectify the issue of the water heater not working and he arranged for cleaning people to come through the house organised a mower guy to mow the lawn at their own cost. When the building and pest inspection highlighted that there were out of date smoke alarms and other things he has them repaired Shaun is a hard worker and highly professional person
