Being residents in Canberra and wanting to sell our property in WA, this posed a major challenge. Not only did we not know the market in WA, we could not travel due to us being in lockdown. So we asked three real estate agents for their help. One said ok and promtly gave us an extremely broad overview of all property in the region, and we have not heard from them again. Another said "we can help", gave us a ball-park figure for the house (which as it turned out was over $60,000 lower than we actually got) and once again no further interaction from them, and then there was Bernie from Professionals. He called us from WA, explained exactly what he was going to do, and told us that he would keep in touch with us all of the way through the sale, which he did. He guided us through the maze of marketing options, as to what would best work for us, and made himself best friends with our tenant so as to ensure that she was happy with the sales process, and set to and sold the house, keeping everyone happy, the seller, the buyer and the tenant. About three weeks after our agreement to sell with Bernie, he told us that an offer had been made on the house, and the price was exactly where he had anticipated it to be, but much better than we had hoped for. If you want your house sold, and sold in the best way then you have got to use Bernie of The Professioinals, because he lives up to the company name in every way, he is 100% Professional.
