Mark did a fantastic job helping me sell my property. This was my first experience selling property so I was a bit nervous about choosing an agent. I made shortlist of agents who had been selling property in the Melton area for more than a couple of years. It turned out that the list was very short indeed! I asked Mark to come by my place twice for a chat over the space of about nine months. He was happy sit down for a long conversation on both occasions. There was no hard sell and no unrealistic promises: just an honest and direct discussion about how Mark could help me sell my property. Moreover, Mark was always on time for our meetings and reliable when responding to calls and texts. Perhaps most importantly, Mark was able to explain how he deals with the unexpected surprises that come with selling property, particularly unreliable purchasers. After one open house inspection, we received an offer. Once again there was no hard sell about accepting this offer. Mark explained what the purchasers were prepared to pay and how reliable he thought their offer was. Moreover, he didn't waste our time with a offer that was below our expectations: the offer he brought to us was well within our best case scenario. Finally, between signing the contract and settlement date Mark was in touch at key points. During out initial conversations he emphasised that customer service between sale and settlement was something he prided himself on. He did not let me down. If you live in Melton and are looking to sell your house then I highly recommend Mark. He is reliable, knowledgeable and honest. That's hard combination to find in any industry. Mark more than fits the bill.

Brilliant Agent!
