I found Kirsteen to be a person of integrity. She went beyond the call of duty to assist me in purchasing this property. As some one who was moving from interstate i found her assistance invaluable. Kirsteen was able to organise for a final inspection and send through photos of her on volition. She organised to have the carpet steamed cleaned. On the day of moving in the water heater was not working one phone call to Kirsteen and she organised the whole affair, reliving me of added stresses. Again I wish to thank her and the team at Ryder real estate for all their assistance during that stressful period.

My wife and I have been looking to purchase a property in the Melton area since August 2016. We came across Kirsteen in September 2016 when we saw a property advertised at Rosemont Rise. When we first contacted Kirsteen to arrange an inspection, she was very prompt and flexible to arrange a time that suits us. We inspected the property and signed the contract of sale on the same day at Kirsteen's office. Throughout the deal, Kirsteen was very helpful and responsive at all times. There were a couple of minor issues on the day of the final pre-settlement inspection, but Kirsteen was not there because she was attending a conference. However, she handled the issues very professionally with great customer service. I have recommended Kirsteen and her estate agency to my friends and relatives who are looking at buying a property in the Melton area and now they will all buy from her only.
