It can be a scary process purchasing a home, it's a lot of money, and a big commitment. Kirsteen was open and honest with us. She talked to us about the area, the owners, the estate etc and gave us time to go over the contracts, and though we were overseas at the time, she kept us up to date with what was happening. We appreciated her patience when we needed time to think things over, and made us feel at ease during the process. The last agent we had dealt with was pushy, tried to rush us to get finance, and kept calling even though we had asked for a few days to check through some things with the local council. It made us feel pressured and rushed.. which is why we pulled back and did not go through with the purchase. No regrets :)
