Nice purchase experience
We found Mark to be knowledgeable on the property and his communication skills were excellent, both in writing in e-mails and regular texts, and in person and by the phone. He was very accommodating regarding access to the property.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Darren Patrick of The Professionals Sandgate. We have sold and bought many houses over the years, and can honestly say this transaction was the easiest, and totally stress free. Darren has been in the industry for years and was a wealth of knowledge - we just left everything up to him including the design of the sign and advertising. Before listing, he had researched the local market in our area and was able to provide to us comparative sales so that we could decide on a realistic price which, as it turned out, ended up being exactly what we had anticipated. He was spot on in that regard. He then secured a buyer for our house in less than a week which was great for us becuase we had another property in our sights that we wished to buy. Darren has the ability to relate to all people in all walks of life - a very rare trait - but one that is invaluable in the real estate industry. He is also breast of current technology which was great because he was able to keep track of the people who inspected our property and easily follow up with them to obtain feedback.
