We recently re-rented our property, once again through Professionals Serendipity. We've always found them to be professional with good local knowledge pertaining to rentals, and to have our best interests in mind regarding selection and suitability of tenants to our particular property. We trust their guidance through the processes, and what may need to be done to the property etc, and have, equally importantly, found them to be fair and accurate with our tenants requirements also. What we do appreciate is they carry out three monthly inspections which first and foremost gives us a chance to be alerted to any maintenance issues that may be requiring attention before major damage occurs which can disrupt the tenants etc. We've developed a great relationship with staff, in particular Monique who has worked with us personally on our rental, and they put up with our sometimes dumb questions and worries! Poor Jessica and Monique some days haha! We would recommend Professionals Serendipty Real Estate to new, or existing Landlords.

Our first experience with Serendipity was with Jess viewing a property that we knew wasn’t for us but wanted to be 100% sure, Jess was nothing but professional, she even rang to say she was running 5 minutes late...no one does that these days, it certainly was appreciated! Jess then steered us in the direction of the property we’d been eyeing but it didn’t suit our fur baby requirements, next thing you know Jess was liaising with Monique, we were inspecting the property and an application was put in and we are moved in! We absolutely love it here! Such an easy process from start to finish! I walked in to collect keys and Dani was also welcoming and so excited for us! I had to drop off some paperwork into the office today and both Monique & Jess knew me by name, made me feel welcome and answered all my questions (I can be a high maintenance client sometimes ha!) We can’t recommend this team enough!
