He presented well and had all relative information available to us at the open house. Barry has a good local knowledge and can refer local contractors for any additional help needed on the property. I appreciated his very quick responses to my requests also, his thoughtfulness. A nice ending to the contract was the bottle of bubbly given to me at the conclusion of the sale. Many thanks Barry.

Barry was great with us.He explained everything to me simply and clearly...sent emails to his clients who were looking for a home at Tambourine mountain....assured me that he would sell it quickly./..and guess what?? he did hooray..he even went there after we had left the house to keep the new lawn we had laid green until the new owner came back from holidays. one thing though Barry...would have preferred a sweeter bottle of bubbly it was little dry ha ha.

Whilst reviewing house properties with Ton he picked up my background and suggested looking at a Bed and Breakfast that was for sale. We reviewed a number of possibilities until he introduced me to the seller of Avocado sunset. The sellers and i clicked immediately and a deal was done that suited all concerned.
