About Tayla

My real estate journey started in 2012 when I began working as a junior conveyancer. I went on to complete my Diploma in Conveyancing and, over the years, developed a solid understanding of property legislation and how the industry works behind the scenes. In 2017, I joined Professionals Stirling Clark and have had the chance to work across a range of roles- from sales admin and property management to business development. Each role has taught me something new and helped shape how I work today. In 2021, I completed my Diploma in Property (Agency Management) and now hold my Real Estate Triennial Licence. These days, I wear two hats as office Licensee and Business Development Manager. I’m systems-focused and always looking for ways to do things better- both for our team and the clients I serve. I genuinely love what I do and value building strong, lasting relationships. I’d say my biggest strengths are communication, problem-solving, and honesty. I know real estate can feel overwhelming at times, so my approachable and straight-up style will ensure you feel supported throughout your journey. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares the same drive and passion, and I’m excited to keep evolving, learning, and bringing fresh energy to the role every day.

Our team are well known local people and have over 350 years combined real estate experience, so we know the best advice to give to customers and how to negotiate with buyers to achieve the best possible price for our customer’s properties. We have a highly skilled and experienced sales administration and reception team who support our busy sales and property management team. Backed by multiple industry awards, our expert Property Management team manages close to 1,000 properties across the Perth metro region and counting. This has led to a strong base of repeat and referral clients, with many of our buyers and sellers returning to us - or recommending us to their family, friends, and neighbours. The team was helpful in getting me get into the property as soon as they could.

There was quite a lot of issues left by the previous tenants and the Jayde and Jemma did everything in their power to get everything sorted efficiently to allow my kids and I to move in as soon as possible. The communication was on going and timely.

Professional, Proactive and excellent communication.

My experience with our Property Manager Stacey Cunningham is fantastic! Stacey provides outstanding professional service. Quick replies to emails and always offers assistance whenever an issue has arisen. Communication and any mediation with tenants and strata management is refreshingly easy. Inspection reports are informative and maintenance issues are reported and after approval from us, repairs are organised when needed. Recently, Stacey encouraged us to test the market at a slightly higher rental price than what we first thought, to our delight a good quality tenant was secured reasonably quickly at the higher rate! I would most certainly recommend Stacey as a reliable, trustworthy Property Manager.
