Jade and her team have been very professional in making my transition to my new rental so much less distressing. When I had issues with the hot water system. Jade was onto the problem immediately to have a new system fitted.
I would like to commend Jade for her outstanding professionalism as my property manager. She attends to my property with great diligence and efficiency, and she was able to secure a new tenant very quickly, which I truly appreciate. Jade genuinely listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly and thoroughly, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind as an owner. She is also consistently professional and effective when dealing with the president of the corporate body, representing my interests with clarity and respect. I am very grateful to have Jade as my property manager and highly recommend her services.
Right from the start the process was easy, communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. Finding a rental is a stressful process at the best of times but the team, especially Bonnie, made the application process a dream and being so close to Christmas was much appreciated!

I inspected a house to rent on the Monday, applied on Tuesday and had the keys on Friday. Very efficient and smooth process. Their property condition report was also very extensive and accurate. The only minor inconvenience was that the bond and upfront rent had to be paid in cash. Otherwise this has been a smooth and positive experience so far.

I was eventually successful and thanks to him and his business partner Justine we just moved into our new rental. We moved to Ross Realty as rental management agents for several properties on the closure of the company we were using and from the outset we have been impressed by the professional and friendly way they approach their responsibilities. We have used several agents over the last 30 plus years, and whilst there were good ones in this group, none match the positive and professional relationship we have with Ross Realty. Tegan, our managing representative, is readily available and acts promptly to resolve any issues. If messages have to be left return calls are promptly made. We have also found all other staff who deal with other facets of their operation to always be equally professional and approachable.
