I have dealt with Ross Realty for many years for, both property management and sales and cannot fault the service I have received. The staff are excellent, very professional and personable in all dealings.
Owner was selling our previous property we had a very little time frame to find and move somewhere we really wanted to stay in the area for school and work arrangements and staff made that happen very swiftly and easy
I have had Stacey look after my property for many years. I know it’s in good hands. Everything is handled professionally and in a timely manner she treats it like it’s her own home. Which for me is awesome has I live 200km from Perth. Nothing is too hard. I believe that not just Stacey but other property managers should get a commission when or if the house is sold because if it wasn’t for them doing an awesome job that I would get someone else in to sell the house.
Recently moved into a rental, managed by Professionals Stirling Clark So far they have been responsive, and quite helpful with any questions we have. I had some health issues delaying the start of the lease but it was no issues for them, quite happy with them
Staff are very accomodating.
It was a great experience with Cara so far. My housemate and I had no hassles. We are looking forward to our first inspection on the 16th March. Cheers.
We found that the home opens were run very efficiently. Stirling Clarke Agents had all of the information of the home and area to hand Agents in one word friendly, Agents made us feel important and definitly short listed. Within a day or so we were contacted by phone and asked if we were still interested. All in all it was a positive experience. Terry and Tracy Flatman 42 Stringybark Drive, Forrestfield W.A. 6058
Jade and her team have been very professional in making my transition to my new rental so much less distressing. When I had issues with the hot water system. Jade was onto the problem immediately to have a new system fitted.
I would like to commend Jade for her outstanding professionalism as my property manager. She attends to my property with great diligence and efficiency, and she was able to secure a new tenant very quickly, which I truly appreciate. Jade genuinely listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly and thoroughly, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind as an owner. She is also consistently professional and effective when dealing with the president of the corporate body, representing my interests with clarity and respect. I am very grateful to have Jade as my property manager and highly recommend her services.
Right from the start the process was easy, communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. Finding a rental is a stressful process at the best of times but the team, especially Bonnie, made the application process a dream and being so close to Christmas was much appreciated!

«I have been very pleased with the property management service provided by Centurion Real Estate High Wycombe. The team has been professional, responsive, and attentive in looking after my rental property. They communicate clearly, handle issues promptly, and give me confidence that my investment is being well managed. I appreciate their proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to both property owners and tenants. It's reassuring to know my property is in capable hands. I would happily recommend Centurion Real Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management team.»

Our experience of Centurion Real Estate High Wycombe has been nothing but positive. Things have gone wrong with our property (more than once), but we were able to work as a team to turn things around. Inspections are thorough. Communication is open. Responses are swift. Advice is strong. Repairs are considered and to our needs. Our agent's occasional downtime is covered so we don't skip a beat.
