I inspected a house to rent on the Monday, applied on Tuesday and had the keys on Friday. Very efficient and smooth process. Their property condition report was also very extensive and accurate. The only minor inconvenience was that the bond and upfront rent had to be paid in cash. Otherwise this has been a smooth and positive experience so far.

Not happy with my first request as agent invited me in an arrogant way to pay for the replacement of toilet seat covers that were in a degrading condition. After an argument she let me change them and still manage to not reimburse me full amount. Refund were still short $22, to tell you how there are. And an other thing 1 one the room condition were hidden ( very nauseating smell)
