As a first timer owning an investement property I had no idea what was involved or what to expect. But Katherine made the whole porcess so easy - she is so hard working and concientious, and always kept me informed with timely updates (and gentle reminders whenI ws overdue with anything. If I was ever unsure on any aspect, she would provide a throughtul and helpful explanation so I could make the right decision with confidence. The only reason it's four stars and not five is because that property management system is clunky, not easy to use and harder to undertand. This is beyond Katherine's control so its unfair that her outstanding service cannot get the five stars it richly deserves.
