After making an offer subject to sale (before we even had our house on the market) - we called Bec in a bit of a frantic, and in little more than 24-hours, Bec had arranged and completed the initial appraisal, photos, online listing, contracts, marketing materials and home open times - all in the same week leading up to the Easter weekend. With very little time to advertise prior to the 1 weekend in the year where the majority of Perth is away down south - we still had plenty of foot traffic through the door and received multiple offers on the very first day.
