Other estate agents wandered in and out of my home, Sat at my table and showed me sold properties I had already found for myself and gave me figures off the top of their head without much thought or effect. (The market at the moment isn't demanding too much effort.) Glen arrived and diligently set out and got to know my property on a different level.
