Selling our investment property with Alvin was the most seamless, easy experience we have ever had selling a property. He treated the tenant with utmost respect and ensured there was minimal disruption to their life while the property was on the market. He found another investor who wanted to keep the tenant, a win win for everybody. He sold our property while we were overseas on holiday and kept us informed consistently through WhatsApp. We would highly recommend Alvin to sell any property.
